How it all started

Like so many adult children, I kept answering the same questions for my parents — and I noticed they weren't alone. Millions of Americans over 55 face the same confusion, the same frustrations, and the same feeling of being left behind by technology.
So I built the website I wish had existed when my parents needed it most.
